I am a resourceful, multi-faceted, and strategic professional with a dual nonprofit/education background, a history of optimizing and scaling nonprofit operations, and a talent for aligning teams around common goals. I combine over 25 years’ experience providing leadership, vision, and operational oversight for multiple high-profile organizations; developing integrated fundraising plans to strengthen financial posture; translating organizational needs into 360-degree operating strategies and organizational development plans that achieve key business objectives; and carefully shaping the processes and policies that sustain an efficient, productive, and financially sustainable organization.
I believe that people function best when their leadership strikes a careful balance between hands-on management and laissez-faire oversight. I think people should be given room to work creatively, make mistakes, and build on the knowledge gained from their efforts. After 20+ years in business, I have learned to perfect that delicate balance between autonomy and accountability.
